Welcome to tampaski.com, operated by Rent Easy Navigator. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, including our blog (Navigator’s Log), 1-on-1 watercraft safety and operation training, 1-hour business consultation calls, and any related content or services (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services 

Rent Easy Navigator provides educational training and consulting to support water-sports businesses and operators, including: 

- 1-on-1 Training: Personalized sessions focused on watercraft safety, operation, and best practices for water-sports businesses. 

- 1-Hour Business Consultation Calls: Guidance on starting or optimizing water-sports companies, emphasizing operational efficiency, safety, and risk management. 

- Navigator’s Log: Blog content offering tips, strategies, and insights for water-sports entrepreneurs and operators. 

Our Services are for educational purposes only and do not constitute certified maritime training, legal advice, financial planning, or other professional services.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities 

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. You agree to: 

- Provide accurate and complete information when booking or engaging with our Services. 

- Comply with all applicable Florida boating regulations and safety standards. 

- Assume full responsibility for your actions, safety, and compliance with laws when applying our training or advice. 

- Consult certified maritime professionals for comprehensive safety training and vessel operation guidance. 

Boating and water-sports activities carry inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using our Services.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations 

- Booking: 1-on-1 training and consultation calls are scheduled via tampaski.com or direct contact, subject to availability. 

- Payments: Full payment is collected at time of service. We accept several forms of payment including but not limited too Zelle, Check, Cash and other forms. Prices at tampaski.com are subject to change as the price varies depending on the consultation tailored for your needs.

- Cancellations: 

 - You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice for a refund or rescheduling, at our discretion. 

 - No refunds or rescheduling for missed sessions or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice. 

 - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with notice and a full refund or rescheduling option. 

- No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, safety results, or other benefits from our Services, as outcomes depend on your application and external factors.

4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer) 

All Services, including Navigator’s Log, training sessions, consultation calls, and social media content (e.g., tips shared on Facebook), are provided for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for certified maritime training, professional advice, or compliance with Florida boating regulations. 

Rent Easy Navigator, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, business losses, or liabilities, resulting from the use or misuse of our Services or content. This includes any actions taken based on training, consultations, or blog advice. 

You acknowledge that: 

- Boating and water-sports carry inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your safety and compliance with all applicable laws. 

- You must consult certified maritime professionals for comprehensive safety training, vessel operation, or business planning. 

- In emergencies, contact local authorities or the U.S. Coast Guard, not Rent Easy Navigator.

5. Intellectual Property 

All content on tampaski.com, including Navigator’s Log, training materials, and social media posts, is owned by Rent Easy Navigator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., applying training tips) is permitted, subject to these Terms.

6. Termination 

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of content. You may discontinue using our Services at any time, subject to the cancellation policy.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Tampa, Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.

8. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted on tampaski.com/terms with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
